After you have placed the order, we will send you an order acknowledgement by email with your order number and details of the product you have ordered.
After payment, please allow 8-12 weeks for delivery. The order will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted on your order form. Once the product is shipped, you will receive the confirmation email with a tracking code.
As each handmade to order shirt is unique and made for you, we are unable to accept any refunds or exchanges.

All handmade to order shirts are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges, as they have been commissioned as one-off pieces for an individual client.

All parcels are a shipped using DHL Express, with no exception.
For UK purchases, UK VAT at 20% is added at the checkout.
For all purchases with a delivery address outside of the UK, orders will be sent DAP (Delivered at Place). This means that any Custom Duties and Taxes relevant to individual shipping destinations may be additionally charged during transit by the shipping provider.

Should the customer opt not to pay the additional duties the shipment will be returned to the sender, and customer will be liable to pay the additional charges on top of the original product cost, due to the terms of the order which does not allow for refunds.

All orders placed by you are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept an order for any reason and without liability to you.
Orders may only be placed by individual customers and corporations purchasing goods other than for resale.
Order Placement
Before you submit your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selection, check the total price of your order and correct any errors. Your order represents an offer by you to purchase products.
If products shown on our website are not available or are incorrectly priced or incorrectly described, we shall not be obliged to sell you such products.
We reserve the right to change at any time and without any previous notice the items offered on our website.
It is vitally important that you check carefully the quantity of goods that you order from us. We will deliver what you order.
Descriptions & Product Information
We have made every effort to represent the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However due to differences in monitors we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will reflect the true colour of the product. If you have any questions about the product, please contact us (see "contact us").
Prices
All prices on the website are quoted in pounds sterling (£). They exclude VAT @ 20% and delivery charges, which are detailed separately.
Please note that on all orders placed for delivery outside the UK it is the customer's responsibility to pay any subsequent import duties that may be applicable for deliveries within their own countries.
We use a localised pricing update system. Localised pricing and conversions rates are updated every 24 hours. Payments will still be taken in pound sterling (£).
We may change the prices on the website at any time and without any notice.
Payment Terms
You confirm that you are authorised to use the credit card/debit card whose details you enter. All credit /debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order. Furthermore we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery. We are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We have no responsibility for your bank or card issuer charging you as a result of our processing of your credit /debit card payment in accordance with your order.
Payment Methods
You may pay using, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, American Express. You confirm that the credit, debit or store card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. All card payments are processed for you by our credit card acquirers for a 2-6% fee included in the cost of your purchase. The balance is paid to Wil Whiting Limited. The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method.
Delivery
Where there is a delay in the supply of goods you have ordered, we will advise you as soon as possible.
Please note, if you choose to use any onforwarding companies to complete your delivery (including but not limited to having your parcel delivered to a neighbour or left in a safe place), Wil Whiting Limited shall not be held liable for any items which are lost, damaged or delayed once the order has been delivered to the address as stated on your invoice.
All order require a signature with ID from the purchaser to ensure the shipment is handed over to the purchaser.

Delivery charges will be added to your order.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
The handmade-to-order items are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
Delivery, Title & Risk
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted on your order form. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. (There are some delivery restrictions on where we can deliver and these will be given to you on request.) Title of the products will be transferred to you on delivery.
Once a product has been received by you, all risk of damage to or loss of the product will pass to you.

Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order acceptance policy. You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions or any related order for products to any third party without our written consent. We reserve the right to transfer, assign, novate or subcontract any of our rights or obligations under these terms and conditions or any related contract to any third party.
Liability & Warranties
Nothing in the terms and conditions in any way limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or by fraud.
We shall not be liable for any economic losses (including without limitation loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, management time, data or anticipated savings) nor for any loss of goodwill or reputation nor for any indirect loss whether arising in contract or tort (including negligence) or pre-contractual or other representations (except for fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation) or otherwise even if advised of the probability of such damage or where it was foreseeable. Except in the event of death or personal injury, in no event shall our liability under these terms and conditions exceed the amount paid or payable by you for the Products or Goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your rights of cancellation.
We shall take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, except where we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

No order is binding on you or Wil Whiting Limited until we have accepted it. All title and ownership to the ordered Goods will pass to you from the moment they are dispatched by us to the postal service, or to our carriers, or on payment in full by you of the price of the Goods and any delivery charge (if applicable); and risk will pass on delivery.

You confirm that, in agreeing to accept these terms and conditions, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a term of these terms and conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any representation.
